Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior operations manager to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. If you're a passionate self-starter, this job is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to play a critical role in the management and enhancement of core technology products.

This role involves breaking projects into doable actions, setting time frames, liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives, assigning tasks to internal teams, and assisting with schedule management. You will also monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, act as the point of contact, communicate project status to all participants, work with other managers to eliminate blockers, and use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience as a project manager or similar role.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience working in IT Software Industry.
  • Candidates having Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred:

  • Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period.
  • Majorly Functional with solid understanding of technical skills up to the required aptitude.
