Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue-generating functions and managing critical growth and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer empathy. They will possess strong leadership skills, with direct team reporting experience and the ability to hire, retain, motivate, and look after a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Governance: Drive adherence to established process frameworks across teams, ensuring seamless execution and vendor management.
    • Regularly conduct governance checks to identify operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or cost.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and resolve governance risks, including financial, operational, or service quality issues.
    • Flag repeated incidents and implement corrective actions to reinforce compliance.
  • Audit Readiness and Documentation: Maintain project, partner, and compliance documentation in audit-ready format, leading monthly/quarterly internal audits and ensuring timely closure of findings.
    • Track and update governance metrics through structured dashboards and trackers.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with city ops, design teams, and PMs to promote a governance-first mindset and ensure clarity on compliance expectations.
    • Conduct workshops and refreshers to educate stakeholders on new or revised SOPs.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Prepare city-level compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews, escalating recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues.
    • Present RCA and recommend preventive measures.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or a comparable field, along with at least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through designers.

  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Customer appreciation and being a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner.
