Job Opportunity

The Team Leader oversees day-to-day operations in the Audit Department, ensuring timely client communication and quality review of work. Strong leadership is required to mentor team members, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily client communication on project status and timely reporting.
  • Review team outputs (Workings, Audit reports) and maintain structured review documentation.
  • Track and consolidate daily work submissions from team members.
  • Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and periodic meetings with Senior Management.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of audit standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
