Process Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Expert to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end business operations across various entities, including onboarding, document verification, data management, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Business Operations Management: Handling change management for employee ID creation, data preparation, document verification, and helpdesk management.
  • Payroll Inputs: Inputting data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and managing employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Group Organization Chart Updates: Monthly updating of organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Preparing and presenting accurate, data-driven reports and dashboards to management.
  • Queries Management: Addressing employee queries related to benefits and compensation.
  • Vendor Management: Managing vendors for services, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency and seeking approval for costs.
  • HR Reports Preparation: Compiling and sharing weekly data with stakeholders, preparing talent work-in-progress reports, and handling timesheet data.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Business Administration or a related field, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The location is Noida, with shift timings from 13:30 to 22:00 or 11:30 to 20:00 on a rotating basis.
