Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.

  • Manage day-to-day operations at the location.
  • Responsible for resource management of hub for driver, gunman & custodian.
  • Plan and assign routes, duties, and audits.
  • Implement tasks assigned by managers in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing of funds as intended.
  • Monitor and perform operations in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes.
  • Support ATM Executives in collecting, recording, and reporting daily operations.
  • Maintain hassle-free operations by administering requirements before operations.
  • Prepare rosters for crew based on route dispatch times.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs.
  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to prevent cash loss during operations.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of routes from branches/vault offices.
  • Follow up with vault officers/bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
  • Brief the team on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations.
