Job Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the operation of a department, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. As an individual in this role, you will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned or necessary.
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Key Job Responsibilities• Execute weekly ordering – Creation of Purchase Orders for Replenishment and Non-replenishment orders, analyzing demand and forecast data to identify any exceptions/outliers and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Manage PO activities such as PO revisions, tracking PO status, highlighting exceptions, and reporting progress updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, along with managing surveys for Supply Chain Interruption events like factory shutdowns, vessel shortages, adverse weather, and other similar events.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of process SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and update the same at regular intervals. Take ownership in maintenance and disposal of documents
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives and actively engage with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation
• Provide support to internal customers by reviewing project requests and project plans, analyzing data, driving solutions to business problems and inventory processes, providing feedback on operations, and suggesting system changes and overall process changes.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Assist in executing business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
• Execute key business strategies and communication platforms by managing cross-functional initiatives that impact store and corporate processes, managing merchandising programs and initiatives, customer and company communications, and associate training content; making recommendations for system support developments; recommending merchandise priorities; providing insight to senior management and other business partners on key issues and opportunities to drive the business; and translating merchandise strategies for assigned departments into executable programs.
• Offer and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
• Support training programs by identifying training opportunities for individuals or team, providing guidance to supervisors for developing training content, assisting in training delivery, reviewing and approving documentation, evaluating training effectiveness, and identifying necessary updates to training content and documentation based on new procedures.
• Embody compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
Travels internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays.
Entry RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years' experience in business management, merchandising, Supply Chain in Retail, CPG or similar industry
