Operations Specialist Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management, with excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.

A high ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Creation & SOP Building:
    • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fulfilment, warehousing, and daily operations.
    • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
    • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
    • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
    • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
    • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.
