Senior Financial Manager

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, managing accounts payable/receivable, and resolving discrepancies.
Additionally, the Senior Accountant will supervise the accounting team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and participate in fiscal audits to guarantee financial accuracy and transparency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Effectively manage accounts payable/receivable and resolve any discrepancies that may arise
- Supervise and lead a high-performing accounting team to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
- Participate in regular fiscal audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial processes
- A deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Extensive experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards, including knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record of success in a senior accounting role
