Financial Management Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Professional to oversee financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP, MS Excel, or equivalent software.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with tax advisors.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
  • Support documentation for property transactions and agreements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and other external agencies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of accounting experience in real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
