Financial Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the company's finance function, encompassing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, funding, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities, as well as experience in managing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the finance team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts aligned with business strategy
  • Ensure effective cash flow management and secure adequate funding for operational activities
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and senior management
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit and market risk
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications:
  • Certified Accountant (CA) qualification or Master's degree in accounting or finance
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial roles, including executive leadership positions
  • Experience in handling year-end financial closures, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • In-depth understanding of advanced accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and tax planning strategies
  • Familiarity with capital raising through equity sales and traditional lines of credit
  • Expertise in managing fund raise mandates, due diligence processes, and investor relations
