Key Account Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic IT Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. As a Strategic IT Business Development Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management:
- Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Project Delivery Oversight:
- Ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders. You should also have experience in account management, client success management, or similar roles within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
