We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This position will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to expand existing client relationships.
  • Developing and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including communication history and key milestones.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and exceptional client satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
