
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to fill a pivotal role in our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals, building and managing long-term client relationships, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities, representing the brand at industry events, negotiating and closing contracts that align with client needs and company goals, collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies, collecting client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.
- Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
