Regional Sales Manager

Brillon Consumer Products Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as SC Johnson) seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Institutional and Horeca sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team.
**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, evaluating and appointing suitable distributors, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Institutional and Horeca sector, aligned with the company's objectives and targets.
- Evaluate and appoint suitable distributors to ensure primary and secondary sales.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and target key institutional clients within the Institutional and Horeca sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, KST Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GMs, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales of professional cleaning products, preferably in the Institutional and Horeca sector.
- Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
