Contract Management Intern

We are seeking an intern to join our contract management team and assist with various tasks. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team with:

  • Record keeping and organization of contracts.">
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for our customers.">

Responsibilities:

- Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.

- Draft basic documents like amendments and review legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of the senior team.

">

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.

">

- Track and manage existing contracts for renewal or amendment.

">

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the legal team.

">

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).

">

- Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.

">

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

">

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

">

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
