We are seeking a seasoned contract professional with experience in managing contracts and ensuring compliance across various operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing & Managing Contracts: Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts that align with the company's interests.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, building codes, and internal policies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard the company's intellectual property, including designs, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Legal Guidance: Provide expert advice to internal teams on contractual matters and support informed decision-making.
  • Liaison with External Counsel: Collaborate with external legal experts for specialized matters or litigation support.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Policy Development: Create standardized policies and procedures for contract management and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and IP laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design.
