Contract Management Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent contract management skills, with the ability to ensure that all agreements are legally sound and compliant with company policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
  • Highlight risks and propose contract modifications before execution.
  • Maintain a central repository of all active and archived contracts.
  • Track contract lifecycle from creation to renewal/closure.
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance, and obligations of all parties.
  • Partner with sales, procurement, legal, finance, HR, and project teams to facilitate timely execution of contracts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding contract queries.
  • Support senior management with contract summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
