We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will have approximately 4-6 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 3 years in the IT/software industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
Additionally, they will have in-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must-have.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contract reviews and negotiations across US, UK, and EU jurisdictions
- Providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms
- Handling data privacy matters, including legal research and drafting privacy-related clauses in various contracts
- Reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction
- Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline the contracting process
Job Requirements:
- Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience
