About the Job

This is a key role in our legal team, responsible for reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors & alliance partners globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation and review, with a strong understanding of commercial and operational risks. They will be able to identify areas where these risks can be mitigated and provide inputs to negate them.

They will work closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions to ensure smooth transaction closure. Additionally, they will coordinate with other legal team members and prepare monthly reports on transactions received.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure.
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received.
  • Co-ordinate with other legal team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation and review.
  • Skills:
  • Major Experience in Contract Negotiation is required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational risks.
  • Ability to identify areas where these risks can be mitigated and provide inputs to negate them.
