Senior Marketing Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional with 8-12 years of experience in the Utility/Energy/Power Sectors to take on a challenging role in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technology, CRM, and marketing automation software. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Education Qualification:

  • MBA - Marketing (Tier 1 colleges preferred)

Certification:

  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML technology, CRM, and marketing automation software would be an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AI/ML technology applications for marketing analysis and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in implementing and managing marketing automation software, such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives with 8-12 years of experience in Utility/Energy/Power Sectors.
  2. Strong expertise in hands-on demand generation for b2b markets and SEO.
  3. Hands-on experience in setting up demand generation on various platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  4. Utilize AI/ML technology to analyze market trends and customer behavior and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
  5. Manage and deploy marketing automation software to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
  8. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including content, presentations, and digital assets.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
  10. Strong lead nurture skills, SEO, and content writing expertise.
  11. Proficient in webinar and traffic management, along with creating compelling Power Points for pitches.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
