Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all activities related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate Purchase Order requests from clients and bill orders in a timely manner.
  • Investigate discrepancies in POs and invoices with disputes.
  • Manage O2C-related collections and dispute management, implementing and adhering to strategies.
  • Interact with end customers via calls and emails to collect past-due amounts.
  • Meet collection numbers and targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Closely work with the team to ensure collaboration and motivate them to develop process standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation using Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field (MBA - Finance preferred).
  • Relevant work experience in O2C is essential.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
  • SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage.
