Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to drive our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle. This role will require a strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain analytics, and leadership skills to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify demand-supply gaps and drive resolution through scenario planning and alignment.
  • Develop consensus forecast and ensure timely updates in planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage supply and inventory planning to balance cost, service level, and working capital objectives.
  2. Work closely with purchase, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely execution of the plan.
  3. Highlight risks in supply chain (capacity constraints, long lead time SKUs, vendor issues) and propose mitigation actions.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive process discipline.

  • 4–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning.
