Job Title: Business Analyst for Financial Planning
We are seeking experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Suite 11.x. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background with proven experience in building and maintaining complex reports, forms, input schedules, calculation scripts, and business rules.
- Work with Oracle EPM 11.x suite including Hyperion Planning and Reporting
- Develop complex Hyperion Reports and Input Schedules
- Build and maintain Forms, Reports, Calculation Scripts, and Business Rules
- Engage in requirement gathering, delivery planning, and risk assessment
- Solve problems effectively in dynamic and less structured environments
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills (verbal and written). They will also have a sound understanding of requirement gathering, project planning, and risk management, as well as strong experience in EPM 11.x and Hyperion Reports, Input Schedules, Forms, Reports, Calc Scripts, and Business Rules.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING REPORTS: Develop complex Hyperion Reports and Input Schedules to meet the needs of our organization
- CREATING BUSINESS RULES: Build and maintain Forms, Reports, Calculation Scripts, and Business Rules to support our financial planning processes
- ANALYZING DATA: Work with Oracle EPM 11.x suite including Hyperion Planning and Reporting to analyze data and make informed decisions
- MANAGING RISK: Engage in requirement gathering, delivery planning, and risk assessment to ensure successful project outcomes
