Executive Financial Planning Specialist

The company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team. As a senior financial analyst, you will be responsible for leading the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial data. You will also serve as an expert in SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Manage end-to-end business cycles: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Product, and Request-to-Service (R2S)
- Provide business insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles
- Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes
