Role & responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to drive business decision-making.
- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and budgeting reports.
• Work on strategic accounting financial analysis to improve financial processes. - Utilize advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
• Analyse operational costs and financial performance to recommend optimization strategies. - Support management with investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry regulations.
- Manages PMO-finance as a controller to monitor and report budget vs. actual vs forecast for respective FY on monthly or weekly basis as per desired governance.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Accounting
- Must have strong knowledge in Strategic Financial Analysis and Decision Support
- Must have strong knowledge in Advanced Financial Modeling & Tools(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools preferred
