Lead FP&A Professional

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee the company's financial planning processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of long-range plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA degree with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
