This role drives the expansion of LEAD's IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD's mission.
The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.
This position ensures the successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of LEAD's solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- School Acquisition: Drive the expansion of LEAD's IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD's mission.
- Relationship Building: Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Supporting Growth: Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiation and Partnership Management: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with LEAD's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Performance Monitoring: Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ready to travel extensively within the designated Territory/Zones.
