Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will assist senior colleagues in strategic and ad-hoc initiatives. Your tasks will include data analysis and requirements, portfolio-related MIS preparation, and master data maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and upgrade the entire real estate portfolio's master data.
  • Provide regular analytics on portfolio performance, including geography-wise, product-wise, and asset-wise insights.
  • Interact with internal customers across multiple teams and departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly project and borrower monitoring reports, comparing real-time performance with stipulated or expected performance.
  • Highlight any asset management flags and risks, proposing mitigants as needed.
  • Manage the portfolio, including pricing and yields, risk densities, real-time exposure tracking, and exposure management.
  • Interact regularly with external customers, existing and potential borrowers, to ensure comprehensive project-level analysis.
  • Undertake periodic audits at borrower companies' premises and project sites, including on-ground project progress tracking, bank reconciliations, sales audits, cancellation audits, and cost item reconciliation.
Key Requirements

You must have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
