You will be responsible for driving business strategy and transactions, ensuring process adherence and governance guidelines, and managing a portfolio of properties across India.

As a leader, you will be expected to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions quickly. Your experience in managing real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sales, and disposals, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver Transaction Management services to major clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transaction management
