Real Estate Law Expertise

This is a senior associate position that oversees real estate transactions and provides guidance on portfolio divestments.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to conduct due diligence and draft transactional documentation for complex real estate structures.
  • The ideal candidate will advise high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on real estate portfolio divestments, ensuring they achieve their objectives.
  • In addition to drafting and structuring wills, testamentary documentation, and private trusts, the successful candidate will handle commercial disputes before courts and arbitral forums.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized university is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in real estate law, litigation, and/or succession planning.
  • Strong expertise in drafting, negotiation, and legal research is crucial for success in this position.
