Job Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager with extensive Yardi expertise to make a significant impact on the performance and success of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.
- Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.
- Manage third party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments.
- Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims.
- Enter lease agreement information & rent schedules in Yardi.
- Communicate with management and tenants regarding billing and lease language.
- Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis
- Lease Administration and Tenant Relations
- Tenant Year-End Reconciliations
- Annual Budget
- Administrative Support to Executives
Requirements:
">A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi.
">Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc.
">Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
