Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in Transaction Management? We are seeking an experienced leader to support our Account Director in delivering high-performing services to top clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio across India and executing complex real estate transactions.

This is a dynamic position that requires excellent project management, communication, and client relationship skills. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific to drive real estate strategy and ensure process adherence and governance guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement financial analysis documents, prepare budget forecasts, and forecast revenue to meet monthly cash flow plans. Your ability to navigate complex business situations and identify risks will be highly valued.

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual who can lead our TM relationship management responsibility for the account. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the APAC region
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
