Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that enhances user experiences and drives business growth.
  • Lead the integration of AI and LLMs to improve developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking and content discovery.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support and retention journeys.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model
