Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Talent Development Manager to lead our organization's talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, organizational growth, and training design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent development needs, create training calendars, and execute training initiatives.
  • Maintain open communication with employees to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, and training design.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Bachelors in Life Sciences is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and an innovative thinker with great interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and collaborative behavior, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent project management skills, able to build, scale, and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and performance of the training system.
