Job Summary:

As a Strategic HR Partner for Talent Growth, you will serve as a key member of our HR team, responsible for driving business growth through effective talent acquisition and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Development
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the market.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data, training, and performance metrics.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience
    • Design and deliver employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and sentiment.
  • Learning & Development Support
    • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth and development.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective talent management strategies.
