Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business success through effective HR practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Source, select, and hire top talent for critical roles, ensuring diversity and inclusion goals are met.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top performers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver job descriptions, interview plans, and selection criteria.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that drive business outcomes, including recognition and reward programs.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement succession planning and career development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on employee sentiment, providing insights to drive business improvements.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to support business operations.
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR partner role.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and employment laws.
