Human Resources Business Partner

- Collaborate with department heads to drive performance improvement and business outcomes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance initiatives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification highly valued.
- Masters in Industrial Relations, Labor Law, or related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within the human resources field.
