Job Summary

This role is a key member of the HR team, providing strategic and operational support to drive business results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in areas such as employee relations, development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure issues.
  • Supports annual salary and bonus planning, providing input into the Talent Plan.
  • Develops and delivers training programs on topics like Performance Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development.
  • Participates in talent council meetings and supports initiatives across the function.
  • Provides data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet recruiting needs.
