Customer Service Engineer Technical Support Role

The main goal of this role is to provide expert support to our service engineers in resolving machine-related issues and ensuring all technical assistance is provided to the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide extensive support to field service engineers for breakdown calls, machine problems, feature-option working procedures, software downloads, processing issues, etc.
- Coordinate with design teams for special feature requirements, software modifications, feature modifications, mechanical-hydraulic modifications through Engineering Request Notes (ERN).
- Offer on-site support for machine installation, particularly for injection molding machines.
- Assist with shop floor support during periods of heavy workload in production.
- Support mold trials for injection molding machines.
- Provide on-site support for installations or troubleshooting as needed.
- Coordinate field support for tool and manpower from the shop floor for special jobs.
- Field Service Lead (FSL) support, field issue monitoring, coordination, and resolution through support from Design, Assembly Quality.
- Maintain machine data in history folders.
- Prepare management reports related to customer support.
- Prepare data, MIS, and enter it into the ERP system.
- Support quality and vendor data.
- Field complaint tracking.
- Technical service bulletins.
- Technical support for after-market services, including support for spares departments for all technical requirements related to obsolete parts like cylinders.
