Field Service Engineer

This role requires a deep understanding of construction machinery and hands-on expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Key responsibilities: Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support for urgent breakdowns, and preventive services.
Ensure prompt response to customer service calls, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment productivity.
Handling dealers and south service engineers and support for calls review and to be close with in 24 hours.
Experience:4+ years of experience in a service role, preferably within the construction equipment manufacturing or heavy machinery industry.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engine, transmission, hydraulics, and electrical systems in construction machinery.
Knowledge in Backhoe loader and skid steer machines.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment: Frequent travel to customer sites.
Ability to work in varying conditions, including outdoor environments and challenging terrain.
