Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced field service engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory equipment maintenance and servicing, with excellent knowledge of CO2 incubators, centrifuges, ovens, furnaces, refrigerators, and ULT freezers.

  • Attend all breakdown calls and closures within assigned service parameters, ensuring timely response times and accurate allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely preventive maintenance to assigned customers, keeping data on PMs for customer bases to support AMC charges.
  • Achieve financial objectives, complete order cycles, and meet spares and service revenue targets while ensuring payment collections for assigned customer bases.
  • Report all service reports, weekly reports, expense statements, and other required data through SFDC and emails to ensure effective communication.
  • Adhere to guidelines on attendance, leaves, mobile policies, travel policies, and other operational policies.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in laboratory equipment maintenance and servicing.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenance and servicing.
  • Strong learning capability.
  • Effective communication and working skills at customer locations.
