We are seeking a seasoned Citrix expert to lead our team in delivering top-notch support services for complex Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC (Netscaler) and possess a strong background in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Citrix Infrastructure Management: Provisioning services, machine creation services, StoreFront, Workspace Environment Management, and Citrix Director.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Advanced incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing.
  • Patching and Upgrades: Patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components to minimize downtime.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of the Citrix infrastructure and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless end-user experiences.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix ADC, StoreFront, Director, WEM, PVS, MCS.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, user profile management.
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop is an added advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
