About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and expertise to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex incidents related to Citrix environments, including XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC (Netscaler).
  • Optimize and manage Citrix infrastructure, including provisioning services (PVS), machine creation services (MCS), StoreFront, Workspace Environment Management (WEM), and Citrix Director.
  • Promote high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing for Citrix environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Implement patches, upgrades, and maintenance of Citrix components to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Windows, Network, Security, Storage) to resolve issues and deliver exceptional end-user experiences.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).
  • Expertise in Citrix ADC (Netscaler), Citrix StoreFront, Director, WEM, PVS, MCS.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management.
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN).
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
