Citrix Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Citrix Support Engineer to manage and optimize our Citrix infrastructure.

  • Pivotal role in providing advanced technical support for Citrix environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provisioning services (PVS), machine creation services (MCS), StoreFront, Workspace Environment Management (WEM), and Citrix Director.

• Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve escalated incidents related to Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC (Netscaler).

• Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing for Citrix environments. Patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components ensuring minimal downtime.

• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of the Citrix infrastructure, recommending improvements where required. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless end-user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
  • Expertise in Citrix ADC (Netscaler), Citrix StoreFront, Director, WEM, PVS, MCS
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is an added advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPN)
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
