Job Overview:


As a key member of the Vserve Group team, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales network development efforts across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing warranty schemes, and identifying areas for growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement sales strategies that drive growth and expansion in targeted states
  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Manage warranty schemes, including spares and other related services

Requirements:


  • 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the power tools industry
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
