Key Role:

Our institution seeks a strategic and results-driven professional to lead all offline marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive student enrollments.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with admission goals and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Establish quarterly and monthly activation schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.
  • E nsure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Source and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions team, creative/content teams, and digital marketing team to ensure alignment and optimize results.
  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
