We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to spearhead our offline presence in Bangalore.

Job Overview

This is a high-energy, people-facing role that requires prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups.

You'll be working evenings and weekends, when most activations take place.

You'll get hands-on exposure to BTL marketing at a fast-growing consumer startup, a chance to be part of the early brand-building journey, and a stipend + Certificate + loads of learnings.

As an Offline Marketing Expert, you'll have a front-row seat to how new-age brands are built, one conversation at a time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be the face of our brand during on-ground activations, society events, and pop-up experiences.
  2. Interact with potential customers and communicate our story with energy and charm.
  3. Manage setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city.
  4. Capture feedback and generate leads from offline engagement.

This role is ideal for those who love being at the center of action, talking to people, and making things happen on-ground.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
