Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Outreach

  • Visit schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices to promote the company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional authorities and corporate decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities.
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, samples, etc.) during visits and events.
  • Deliver product/service presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely follow-up on leads.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status regularly.
  • Achieve monthly outreach, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage promotional activities including print ads, brochures, and local events.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful marketing collateral.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives with offline campaigns for brand consistency.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience can apply).
  • 1–5 years of proven experience in sales and offline marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
