Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Offline Marketing Executive to lead and execute offline marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and foot traffic across all Ekya Campuses. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking campaigns across traditional marketing channels such as events, print, outdoor ads, partnerships, and retail promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
● Manage ATL/BTL activities including:
➢Print ads, hoardings, flyers, radio, and direct mail.
➢ Events, exhibitions, in-store activations, and roadshows.
● Negotiate and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event organizers.
● Liaise with internal teams (creative, digital, sales) to align messaging.
● Track campaign performance and ROI using defined metrics.
● Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
● Support local marketing needs across various regions/stores/branches.
● Monitor competition and provide insights on offline marketing trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Proven experience with ATL/BTL campaigns and event coordination.
● Strong vendor and agency management skills.
● Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
● Comfortable with travel as needed for on-ground execution.
Qualifications and Experience :
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in offline/traditional marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
