Avari is an at-home service for men's hair patch & wig solutions — tackling one of the biggest pain points for men with hair loss through standardisation, quality, and convenience. We're reimagining how men regain confidence by bringing expert hair solutions directly to their doorstep.

Role Overview

We're looking for a high-energy Offline Marketing Manager to lead on-ground marketing and customer acquisition initiatives. You'll be responsible for driving BTL campaigns, partnerships, and local activations to build brand awareness and generate leads across key markets.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, execute, and manage BTL & offline marketing campaigns (events, mall activations, society drives, clinics, gyms, etc.).


• Drive local customer acquisition through innovative on-ground strategies and partnerships.


• Identify and onboard local partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify Avari's reach.


• Work closely with the growth and operations teams to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.


• Build strong community connect by organizing awareness sessions, referral programs, and customer engagement activities.

  • Manage budgets, vendors, and ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in
    BTL marketing, field activations, or offline customer acquisition
    , preferably in consumer services, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong execution mindset with proven experience in
    running on-ground campaigns
    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
